I ordered 7 vapes but only received 5. After reaching out via email, I received a response asking me to send pictures of the vapes and the envelope, which I provided, including proof of delivery. The envelope was just big enough for 5 vapes. I kept getting updates saying they were sorting my order until I inquired about the delivery date. I was informed that one flavor was out of stock and was asked to choose another, which I did. However, when the package arrived, it only contained 1 vape—the out-of-stock flavor I had to replace was still missing, and now my emails are being ignored. I want to emphasize that when a customer purchases an item, it becomes their property, and it is the company's duty to ensure delivery. If I hadn't contacted them about the missing vapes, I would still be short. Withholding items until customers reach out is unacceptable, and ignoring emails is equally wrong. I plan to escalate this issue further.
