Got worried as ordered then seen some of the recent bad reviews. Gave the company some stick due to royal mail not showing as received the items but they remained professional and items arrived as described and quick delivery. Quick responses via WhatsApp and arrived quick. No issues at all.
I’ve been ordering from this platform for quite some time, and I have never encountered any problems. The shipping is consistently fast (except for one occasion, but they handled it promptly and even reached out to me about it). The products are authentic, avoiding those unpleasant fakes that can harm your lungs, which is often the case with other sellers! It’s a small business, which I wouldn't have expected due to their professionalism. The team is wonderful and quick to assist with any inquiries. I highly recommend them!
This is a reliable service with good prices and prompt responses. However, the only downside I can mention is their recent choice of delivery partner. Many are aware of the issues that often arise with this particular company, and it would be better if they returned to their previous delivery option or at least allowed customers to choose their preferred courier. In the past, I received my orders the next day without any problems, so it seems the current delivery issues stem from this change. I hope they reconsider, as I'm now hesitant to place another order due to the delivery concerns, which have nothing to do with the quality of their service or products.
I have been using a certain product for a few months and then decided to try another that tracks the number of puffs. I typically take around 600 puffs a day, give or take. Previously, the product would last me about 2.5 to 3 days, which indicates that I must have only received a maximum of 2000 puffs from the advertised 6000, and that estimate feels generous. This feels like misleading advertising.
I ordered 7 vapes but only received 5. After reaching out via email, I received a response asking me to send pictures of the vapes and the envelope, which I provided, including proof of delivery. The envelope was just big enough for 5 vapes. I kept getting updates saying they were sorting my order until I inquired about the delivery date. I was informed that one flavor was out of stock and was asked to choose another, which I did. However, when the package arrived, it only contained 1 vape—the out-of-stock flavor I had to replace was still missing, and now my emails are being ignored. I want to emphasize that when a customer purchases an item, it becomes their property, and it is the company's duty to ensure delivery. If I hadn't contacted them about the missing vapes, I would still be short. Withholding items until customers reach out is unacceptable, and ignoring emails is equally wrong. I plan to escalate this issue further.
I received no replies to my emails. They haven't processed my refund. I was informed that an item was out of stock and offered a different option, but I requested a refund instead. Still no response. Their website still lists my order as 'in stock.' I'm now seeking a chargeback from my bank. I would advise against using this service.
