Zero knowledge of their stock, 3 days after ordering they inform me they are out of stock, then offer me an alternative and the alternative is my original order!, I thought hey were out of stock?
I will not be using them again clearly it's a lucky dip if you get what you ordered, if you want to make sure you get what you ordered and on time use another company that's more reliable and live stock availability and maybe people who know what they are doing.
REPLY.. That’s not true! You emailed me on Wednesday NOT Monday! And you offered me an alternative that included my original order! You are not aware of your own stock

2nd march you e mailed to say my order had “shipped”
04th march you e mailed me to say they were out of stock and if I’d like to choose an alternative flavour of which my original choice was available!
