I placed this order on November 2, 2025, eight days ago, and since then, I have received NOTHING... no order update, no tracking number, and certainly no product. I have been left completely in the dark.I sent an initial email asking for clarification and was met with total radio silence. After waiting DAYS with no response, I followed up with a second, firmer email demanding an immediate refund, and guess what? Still nothing. Zero communication.
