What is normal to you is totally unacceptable by industry standards. So go revisit how your competitors do it, better quality dial attachment simply put it!

My ordered was confirmed on 10/13. Delivery times stated are 3-4 days for USA. I reached out to customer service 10/21 and still haven't heard back from them. After my review, they finally responded and told me the order would come early November, which it did. It came today 11/3/25. The order was for two (2) combo MA38 stand + LM19 selfie ring light.
