The tripod (treeroot) is brilliant but sadly when you have a problem the ulanzi just ignores you. Within first month of using the tripod my central column quick lock system came apart and I've lost two small elements. I've exchanged few emails with customer service and they simply stopped replying. No solution, no spares available. I emailed them few times, each time few weeks apart asking politely to reply and they never did. Sadly now I have to write reviews all over the internet and share this experience to my YouTube channel so maybe one day Ulanzi will decide to respond.
