I orrdered directly from Ulanzi not knowing that they don't have US fulfillment, and that packages are shipped from China. (This information is not disclosed on their website.) After waiting over five weeks for my order I received a notification from USPS that the parcel had COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE and would not be delivered. I contacted Ulanzi for support and they completely ignored the information about counterfeit postage, telling me to just 'wait a little longer.'Side note... At the time of purchase I paid a few extra dollars for their "shipping insurance," only to now discover that when attempting to make a claim they won't refund the original payment method (credit card) and instead only offer direct deposit requiring me to provide my bank account routing information. For those that don't understand the significance of this, providing them this information would allow them to drain my checking account to $0. Now think about what I said about the counterfeit postage... a company that put fake postage on a package is now asking for direct access to my checking account! What an absolute scam. That's like a thief saying he'll give back the money he stole from me if I give him the keys to my house so he can deliver it personally, because "trust me bro." No way.I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
