Awful customer service. I bought a tripod from Ulanzi as a gift for myself and in 2 days my friends gave me the other tripod for my bday. So I decided to return Ulanzi back. They are stating easy returns for no reason in 30 days. Lol it’s been a week now since I contacted them about return (you cannot just send it back, you need address where to send it to) and they are keeping sending me letters begging me (really!!) to keep the tripod and they are not giving me address. Like I said Im loosing my patience now. Im gonna dispute transaction with them with my bank if they are gonna keep me hanging like this. This is the first time ever I’ve encountered anything like this with any store!!! Upd March 8th. Just to update and to be fair. Ulanzi did finally sent me the address for returns. Thanks for that. Im putting now 3 stars instead of one. My guess is they just really need to improve their customer service. So 3 stars are only for customer service. Things they are selling are great and worth 5 stars.
