Ordered at the beginning of December 2024 and the part of my order I did receive works well. Two items still have yet to be delivered, I asked why and they said their local warehouse was out of stock so it had to be sent from China. Totally understandable. But almost 4 months later, nothing has shown up and the tracking number they gave shows it still sitting in Hong Kong. Follow up emails have been ignored.I can't recommend this company. Even though I like their products.Edit: notice how they respond with the same automatic response to everyone. Yes, I did send my order number to their support email. Several times. It was ignored.
