Got one of their backpacks. Pack itself is pretty nice, but it said it came with an apple AirTag-compatible tracker to use with FindMy, and the device was completely non-functional. Could not pair with anything. They were unable to replace, and said it doesn't have a replaceable battery so it'd be dead in a year or two anyway. Offered a coupon as apology.
