I own an essential oil company and recently purchased 600 roll on bottles from Uline. When I purchased the bottles, the product description at the top of the page specifically said "stainless steel roller ball for fragrances and essential oils". After selling about 20 of them, I received complaints that the bottles were leaking. I called in to request a refund and was denied because I was unable to send all 600 bottles back. Additionally, they said that the bottles aren't supposed to be leak proof. (?!?!?) Apparently, their website says that these are not air tight or leak proof and I had missed it because I did not specifically click on the tab that said "additional info". I told the customer service representative that it was concerning that this product listing specifically says it can be used for essential oils if these bottles aren't leak proof or air tight because essential oils should not be exposed to air. I also pointed out that extremely relevant information, like the fact that their bottles leaked, should probably be listed somewhere prominent. They thanked me and reassured me that they would push for the description to be changed, but still refused to refund my order.
