I recently returned Ironclad Tundra gloves that were advertised as suitable for temperatures as low as −23°C, yet at −8°C my fingers were painfully cold, making them completely unfit for their stated purpose. For this reason, I returned the items.Upon reviewing my refund statement, I noticed that a full refund was not issued. The amount refunded was short by $30.72, despite the return being accepted. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.This is the first time I have dealt with a company that did not issue a full refund for a returned product, especially when the return was clearly justified due to false performance claims. At this point, the situation feels misleading and unfair.
