This has been a significant disappointment. I've been waiting for a parcel since October 22, having paid a lot for expensive items, yet only one out of four items has arrived. There is no customer service available locally; all my emails bounce back. I’m left with no choice but to seek a refund and report this issue to the relevant authorities. It's truly shameful!
