It explains the constant turnover, the low morale, and the inconsistency in services — I’ve had to return five or six times just to get mistakes corrected.
The managers set the tone, and the tone is terrible. Every visit feels rushed because the team is clearly overwhelmed and unsupported. Bringing up concerns in the moment is uncomfortable thanks to management’s attitude, so I end up calling the next day to have someone else fix it.
