Terrible, Terrible. I have been ordering Kenra Nitro Memory Cream for years from Ulta. Reviews say the can clogs and will not dispense. I never had a problem until the last time I ordered it. This can will not work. I went to Evansville store, they would not help me. I called guest service, they will not help. All I asked for was a new can that works. Not a refund. No help at all. They would rather lose a good customer than replace a defective product. I was not aware of new return policies, but the item was defective and Ulta does not care. Very unacceptable customer service. They told me I could not order online any more. Not that I planned to any way.
