Unethical & Manipulative Marketing
DO NOT TRUST
I was with my husband when we went to make an order, I remember us seeing the one-time option and also the subscription and we opted for a one-time, the process just to order was non stop promos trying to push you into a subscription and to buy even more we kept saying no and we even looked at each other worrying that the company was a scam.
However with interest in the product we processed our ONE-time order.
But sure enough despite selecting one time somehow they have gone and continued to deducted $96 AUD 2 more times to date and even though we did not want the orders they didn't actually arrive.
We initially ordered 4 months supply so why on earth would I need a new shipment one month and 2 months later!
We even looked to see if there were login details or an account made with out us realising in our emails but there were only promo emails.
After calling our bank to block Ultimapeak I went to look again to find somewhere about cancelations.
Literally after some time I found in tiny writing a button saying "cancel" I selected it and it asked for an email not a login just an email I put the email in and sure enough it showed a "subscription" but NO LOGIN or password needed which means they kept our credit card details and just an email to force an auto-ship.
We will NEVER order through you again as we believe in businesses that are honest and ethical not maniuplative and dishonest.
If you are a business trying to help within health you should not have such a shameful business method.
If you are wondering if this company is reliable I would NOT trust them!!!
