I’ve bought my husband plenty of supplements, but this is the first one that truly made a difference for him. His energy is up, his confidence is back, and our intimacy feels so much more natural again.
Great respond to my purchase email, customer service is great. Got my product, clean, clear directions and great taste. 1 problem, tracking the purchase did suck, its not like usps where you can see where the product is. I ordered on February 14, came in February 28.
Ordered to try. Promotion was supposed to be buy 3 get 1 free. Only received 3.. took over 6 emails and a bad review for them to realize what i was missing and ship another bag.
Now i see a pending charge on my debit card.. apparently I am/was enrolled in a subscription. I never signed up for that. Product is trash, service is trash. Don't waste your money, and then waste it again when SURPRISE even though you weren't notified it was a reoccurring charge.
AVOID!!!
I can see I’m not the only person this has happened to.
I placed an order in January, only to notice another payment had been taken from my account this month without my permission. I emailed to ask why, and was told I had signed up for a subscription which I absolutely did not.
I immediately asked for the subscription to be cancelled and for my bank details to be removed from their records. I was then told they couldn’t refund me because my order had already been shipped, and instead offered me 30% off for the next three months.
The next morning, I received another email saying my order was waiting for shipment even though they had previously claimed it had already been shipped.
I replied again, clearly stating that I wanted everything cancelled and that I did not want any offers. I then received another email offering 50% off still with no confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled.
There isn’t even an option to create or access an account to cancel anything yourself.
I’ve now had to go through my bank to resolve this.
Absolutely unacceptable service.
Absolutely do not use this company. It’s a scam. I bought as trial and somehow now have a monthly subscription. Have emailed repeatedly and they still have not sent confirmation to confirm it has been cancelled. I have paid for the second package and it hasn’t arrived. Been emailing since 8th of Feb and all I get is a holding response. Completely unacceptable and I will now take this to the next step. Incidentally this is second time I’m writing about this after giving them the chance to redeem themselves. Do not use this company.

This is the fourth series of email I am sending you. I have spoken back and forth with someone regarding cancelling my subscription. Dating 2 months back now actually. Each time you say you will cancel my subscription. Each month payments are still going through.
I have repeatedly asked you to stop. And cancel my subscription.
You are taking money from me at this point without consent.
This is not okay.
So please stop ignoring my emails, please cancel my subscription already.
I have tried your product and made it extremely clear I do not want to continue using it, I am not interested in any discount.
The only thing I am want is for you to cancel my subscription.
Made a purchase a month ago, items took 2 weeks to arrive, the gummies are good and i like them, but then i started reading reviews on here about extra unauthorized charges and thought nothing of it, checked my bank account 5 days ago and i had another charge for 66 dollars for one bag of gummies, i 100% checked when i made a purchase that it was a one time only purchase, been reaching out to customer service with emails to no response and called a number that is not in service. Will be calling my bank soon to get refunded if nothing is done.
After some weeks now on UltimaPeak I feel like a new man. My wife thinks thinks it's a very big improvement from how I was before. You know the saying happy wife happy life.

I ordered some gummies and haven’t received them, I email them and they said the order is confirmed and on the way. I have not ever had something take this long to ship and received what I ordered, it’s been almost 20 days since ordering. I have been in contact with Meliska and understand that the support team is overwhelmed with orders and they are doing what they can resolve the issue on there end. I appreciate the correction and the timely response by Meliska.
The customer service was top notch! Had an issue with the delivery however, the customer service assisted to reship the ordered items with no additional cost. Looking forward to try the gummies!
