I honestly had a good experience and like the clothes. The size was initially way too small, I now ordered a size L and all good (1.78m, 63KG). When I requested the size exchange, I initially did not receive a label or instructions on how to process the return (I ordered new sizes for the same products at the same time), so contacted support for it. I received a reply within couple of days with a solution, being that I could keep the originally received items. I did pay a restocking fee, which is fine as I didn't have to return the original items. Think it's fair enough to pay for an extra shipment as the products come from overseas (the price of the original order was deducted from the new order). Original delivery was a bit delayed, which I already expected around Christmas. Second delivery arrived way quicker and, as mentioned, I was satisfied with the way my customer service request was handled.
