I have subscribed and paid for this app twice, yet I am unable to access it. Each time I attempt to select anything while logged in, I am met with a prompt to subscribe again, despite having already done so. This situation is completely ridiculous. It feels like the service has been neglected, filled with technical issues. Additionally, there is no customer support available—no email address or online form to report problems. I strongly advise against subscribing!
