Avoid this company! After ordering a globe that was too large for my space, I attempted to exchange it for a smaller size. I followed the exchange process, but I was charged the full price for the new globe. It took days to get authorization for the return of the first globe. When I went to return it, the company did not provide a return label, and the shipping costs were $200 for an item that cost $400. This is entirely unacceptable.
