The customer service was truly exceptional. I had ordered a globe and stand as a Christmas gift, but only the globe arrived. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative who quickly checked my order and confirmed that only one item had shipped. He promptly arranged for the missing item to be sent and followed up via email with tracking information. The second item arrived two days earlier than expected. The representative went above and beyond to ensure my order was complete and that I was satisfied. Highly recommend!
There are significant quality control issues. One of the predrilled holes for the globe stoppers was located incorrectly under the leg. I emailed the support team and received no response after two days. I also called, but no one answered or returned my calls. The globe and stand are made overseas and are constructed from low-quality materials. Additionally, they used a cheap incandescent bulb instead of an LED light. Paying over $300 for what feels like a $100 product is a total ripoff! I would advise staying away from this company.
Avoid this company! After ordering a globe that was too large for my space, I attempted to exchange it for a smaller size. I followed the exchange process, but I was charged the full price for the new globe. It took days to get authorization for the return of the first globe. When I went to return it, the company did not provide a return label, and the shipping costs were $200 for an item that cost $400. This is entirely unacceptable.
I purchased a globe from another source for almost the same price, but it felt incredibly cheap, so I returned it and searched for other options. I am very pleased with the quality of this globe and its affordability. It will be a cherished item in our home for years to come.
Yes, it was me! The first globe I purchased was in 2016 on a cruise ship. Both my husband and I were captivated by it, as were our families. This time, I bought four globes: one for me, one for my great 7-year-old niece, one for my 9-year-old niece, and one for the classroom of my niece who teaches fourth grade. If they are well received, I will order more for other family members and friends.
