What a great organization. I am not a fan of ordering specialty items on line. I have been looking for a floor stand globe for several years. There were a lot of good ones on the internet but none of them could meet the size, color, or quality that my wife and I were looking for. Searching the internet one more time. I found Ultimate Globes. On ultimate Globes website I found the perfect globe for our needs. I called and talked to Rick. What a pleasant surprise to have a salesperson like Rick. I've never asked but I think he must be the owner. If not, I'm sure he will be someday. When we had a warranty issue two years later Rick and his organization worked with the manufacturer and got our globe replaced. I've talked to several other members of the Organization from time to time and the care and concern for their customers is second to none. Congratulations to all of you for a job well done.Ron Hardy
