After our conversation, I asked him to email me about the 1040 NR be e-filed. I received the email 09/09/2024 at 11:41 AM. On 09/16/2024 at 3:52 PM I emailed him about the free demo for the past 2023 Ultimate tax software. Today is 09/26/2024 11:22 AM, I did not receive any response to the email. As a possible new customer, the sales representative should respond to my email or even follow up on a phone call.
