I am an "older" practioner and have been using Ultimate Tax for about 10 years. While I have been able to find solutions to problems through UT's solution center, I very often rely on the in person support team to walk me through the situation. I have never had an unpleasant experience dealing with this team and this company and there have been only one or two problems that could not be resolved with their help.
