I have enjoyed using Ultimate tax and I will be renewing my contract with them here in a few days. The support staff was very helpful when I needed direction or even had a not so important question they were always there to answer my needs. The only thing I did not like is the e-signature if you send an email and the client does not get it you can not delete it and they keep sending emails to the client. Need to come up with a different one for next year or I will be purchasing DocuSign.
