1) it would be very helpful if we received updates before the tax season starts. Email would be better than nothing. 2) this was my first yr with ultimate and 28th yr preparing taxes. I did attend my initial scheduled training and thought it was ok until the tax season started and I fumbled until I either got it, call support or messed it up thinking I had it. Here’s an example of one thing. I didn’t have a clue that the state tax returns were not sent electronically when the federal was sent. Never heard of that until I had angry customers calling. It was definitely a trying yr with many problems and concerns and it was a very frustrating year but I returned this yr because I don’t want to start over from scratch again this yr.
