NEVER, EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.Someone please rescue me from this nightmare! I wish there was a Zero (0) star rating!! Ultimate tax is the worst of all the software I have ever used in all my 12+ years of doing tax business. Their interface is so horrible, they change their software every often, misinterpret IRS rules and policies on things like maximum character count on taxpayer names to bank product. The direct deposit info on the state form asks you if you want to use whatever info you had on the federal (want to deposit in the same account as the federal...) and when you say yes, the state still require you to provide bank info or else you will get an error. They claim to have "interview" and "form" mode but really, it's just form mode. You begin with interview mode only for questions but are forced to return to form mode to complete your return.I could go on and on, but I have to get back to my nightmare and pray that the 2022 season is over soon so I could wake up. Sooo frustrated......
