The product pricing and support is excellent. There are a couple of things that need improvement in my mind. The font appears faded and often times is difficult to read. It needs to be darker and a bit larger. Overall it needs to be a bit more intuitive. For example, it took me several returns and a support chat before I really know how to handle the EIP's and ACTC in the program. It would have been nice to have those a bit more prominent in the program because they had huge effect on most tax returns. The 1120S needs work on the Items Effecting Shareholder Basis that end up on the shareholder's K-1. For example I never did figure out where to input Shareholder Distributions on the 1040's K-1. There doesn't seem to be much fluidity going from 1120S K-1 to 1040 K-1. Entering bank info become tedious being required to enter in Main Info, ACH 1040 ES, and state return. I know it's a safety measure for accuracy, but it gets to be a real pain when doing dozens of return.
