Unjust Accusations

I have been playing at the platform for over six months (KYC verified) and deposited around 10,000 euros during this time. I made several smaller withdrawals between 200-500 euros without any issues. The trouble started when I won about 2,500 euros. After requesting an instant withdrawal, I received an email the next day stating there was an issue with my credit card, which led to the cancellation of my withdrawal and a suggestion to make a new request. This was surprising as I had previously made withdrawals using the same card. After submitting a new request, my withdrawal was canceled again three days later, and they confiscated my 2,503 euros, claiming I had an active bonus (which is false) and that I was overbetting. Additionally, they accused me of using a VPN to hide my IP address, which is entirely untrue. I do not use such applications, and my previous withdrawals were processed without any issues. I am KYC verified. For a month, I communicated with them, assuring them that I was not using a VPN and that I was following their rules, knowing how strict they are. They offered me 300 euros in bonus money as a gesture of 'goodwill' and dismissed my claims. Eventually, my account manager stopped responding, despite my polite communication.
