Frustrating Experience with Withdrawal Issues

I have been playing on this platform for over six months, with my identity verified and deposits totaling around 10,000 euros. I successfully withdrew smaller amounts of 200-500 euros without any issues, but everything changed when I won approximately 2,500 euros. After requesting an instant withdrawal, I received an email the next day stating there was a problem with my credit card, leading to the cancellation of my withdrawal. Despite having made previous withdrawals using the same card, I submitted a new request. Three days later, they canceled it again and confiscated my winnings, claiming I had an active bonus and was overbetting, which is untrue. They also accused me of using a VPN to hide my IP address, which is completely false as I do not use such services. I attempted to clarify my situation for a month, assuring them I wasn’t violating any rules, given their strict policies. They offered me 300 euros as a gesture of goodwill but dismissed all my explanations. Eventually, my account manager stopped responding, despite my polite inquiries.
