It saddens me to make this post but at present I have a nasty feeling I may have been the victim of a scam.Having placed an order for £119+ I was charged over £230 which, on contacting the customer services, was partially refunded leaVING £36+ to still be credited back to me. In the end, asfter interacting with Laura - I srtill don't know if this is a real person or an AI bot - I did get the remaining overcharge refunded. This leaves me awaiting an order to br fulfilled. I am told Yodel are the carriers but, despite numerous requests, I have not been given any consignment or tracking number and therefore, Yodedl will not help.I am still hopeful this order will be fulfilled and I can remove this poor review but at present I am sitting feeling like a bit of a chump who has been led up the garden path.
