I placed my order two weeks ago. Their website says items will be shipped in 1-2 days. On contacting customer service I have been reassured several times by a very AI response from "Laura". All the reviews on here mention "wrong size being sent" and "Laura rectified the matter". Good customer service is not messing up and fixing it, it is sending the CORRECT item QUICKLY. I have also not seen ANY reviews that say how good the product is (or isn't). I still have no dispatch or tracking confirmation and if I get any more AI responses from "Laura" instead of my product, I will be requesting a refund ASAP. If however, I receive my order within the next week, and the products themselves are worth the wait, then I will happily change my rating to 3 stars.
