I’m giving Ultradries 4 stars as I have not received the order yet, but each time I have reached out with a query, Laura has responded within 24 hours. We are on holiday and I placed the order 12 days ago, hoping it would arrive in good time. However, on making enquiries through Laura, it looks like it will arrive too late. Laura has changed the destination address so that it will arrive after our return. Although I’ve not yet received the order, first impressions are that this is a reliable company. Updated 27/07/2025I eventually received my order a month later. However, it was worth the wait. The pants are comfortable, wash well (at 30 degrees) and maintain their absorbency, unlike other pants I’ve tried. As well as the pants, I ordered some absorbent pads as back up for night time. These work. They have hook and eye fasteners and don’t move due to a special non-slip strip. All in all, very impressive. Thank you.
