I haven't received my Ultradries as yet, but was really impressed by the way Laura reacted to my email. I wrote to say that I noticed that the wrong size was being sent, and immediately Laura wrote to say that she had ordered a replacement, and the correct size would be sent to me and I was to give away the small ones which were already on their way. This is what I would consider excellent Customer Service.
