Customer service was so quick to help and send out a replacement ring. I love the environmental aspect they included to recycle the ring that does not work and keep the charger. I am a little nervous from other reviews that they have had multiple replacement rings. I hope that is not the case for me but if so the team is easy to reach out and help!
