I'm not impressed with this company. The renewed ring from Amazon did not work and the battery drain

I'm not impressed with this company. The renewed ring from Amazon did not work and the battery drained within about half an hour. No help from customer service, but they are certainly quick to respond to emails about a possible customer sale.

The new Titanium ring I've got works, but the two year pro powerplug I purchased with the ring at the cost of almost £60 is not active, when it's telling me that the powerplug renewal is on 2 April 2026.

The customer service is non-existent and I'm not impressed. The product may not even work to track fertility etc and they only give a 30 day return window.

Also, I'm absolutely sick of getting daily emails from Ultrahuman telling me to pay a premium for insurance / warranty. Ever heard of harassment? I unsubscribed from them days ago, but they are STILL sending these harassing emails.

All they care about are sales, but not customers.

Good product, feature wise. Seems like there are some consistency issues. I have already got ring replaced twice now as they failed to connect to the app after couple of weeks. But the support has been good to provide steps and then immediately proceeding with replacement. But they need to look at the product and check on why so many issues.

Shrishty Ganguly from Customer Service was extremely helpful walking me through troubleshooting. Unfortunately, that still didn’t work, so they’re ordering me a replacement ring. Their Customer Support was great!

Big fan! The app is awesome (if not a little overwhelming at first) and has so much data. I really appreciate how the company hasn't moved to a subscription model.

I see other reviews complaining about battery life, but I haven't experienced that at all after 6 months. I took my Ring Air on a four-day hike with no access to charging and still had 50% battery when I got back. Better than my Apple Watch.

I'm also impressed by how scratch-resistant the matte grey ring has been. Sometimes it looks like it's been damaged, but it rubs away so quickly.

Outstanding support from the team!

The support team is exceptional! Whenever I've encountered a problem with my ring or app, they have always been there to assist. If they can't resolve the issue, they promptly send a replacement! Truly remarkable service and product.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I have been very let down by the service. While the device can offer valuable insights, my experience has been frustrating. About six months in, the battery started draining excessively. I contacted the support team and tried various troubleshooting methods through the app, including a support chat. Unfortunately, I've received my third replacement device because the first two couldn't connect to the app, even after working with their staff. I've lost significant tracking time due to these unresolved issues. While their support is accessible, the lack of effective solutions has been disheartening, and I keep receiving faulty devices. I'm extremely disappointed, and if this fourth device doesn't connect, I'll be switching to a different brand.

Delighted with My Golden Ring and Excellent Support

I purchased my golden ring earlier this year, and I'm thrilled with both the ring and its performance metrics. Over time, the ring began to turn silver, so I reached out to the support team, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. This issue was unusual, but after assessing my photos and feedback, they offered to send me a replacement ring. I'm very satisfied with the level of customer service and the prompt assistance I received.
