Upon further investigation, I discovered this isn't an isolated incident: over 400 negative reviews across different platforms and more than 200 complaints on forums describing the same pattern of unfulfilled orders and lack of responses. This appears to be a systemic issue, not just a one-off mistake. I strongly encourage anyone affected to take collective, legitimate action: file complaints with relevant authorities, initiate credit card chargebacks, and leave honest reviews to warn others. Companies that accept payment and ignore their customers should not be allowed to continue operating this way.
