After further investigation, I found this is a widespread issue: over 400 negative reviews on various platforms and more than 200 complaints on forums detailing similar problems. This seems to be a systemic issue rather than a one-time error. I urge anyone affected to take legitimate action: file complaints with relevant authorities, initiate credit card chargebacks, and share truthful reviews to inform others. Businesses that take money and ignore customers should not be allowed to operate in this manner.

I placed an order and made several attempts to reach out through their official contact form, but I received no response — not even a simple acknowledgment. Customer communication is virtually nonexistent. Upon further investigation, I discovered this isn't an isolated incident: over 400 negative reviews across different platforms and more than 200 complaints on forums describing the same pattern of unfulfilled orders and lack of responses. This appears to be a systemic issue, not just a one-off mistake. I strongly encourage anyone affected to take collective, legitimate action: file complaints with relevant authorities, initiate credit card chargebacks, and leave honest reviews to warn others. Companies that accept payment and ignore their customers should not be allowed to continue operating this way. One star at most. They haven't shipped anything; I ordered on December 3, 2025. The company is a joke. They seem quick to take your money but fail to deliver the products. It's baffling how they are still in business.

Ordered over a year ago. I've sent numerous emails to customer service, but I doubt they are even being read. I've also called many times, but their voicemail is perpetually full. They may have their own beliefs, but their service is lacking.

Frustrated with Lack of Response

I really wish I could give this company a negative rating. Like many other reviews, they don’t respond to emails or phone messages. They took my money in 2024 and vanished! It's a scam. I advise anyone considering an order to think twice; doing so is at your own risk of losing your money.

I Wish I Could Rate This Company Zero

I wish I could rate this company zero stars. I placed an order for two 6-packs of commemorative beer on August 30, 2024, costing $64.28 with shipping. I received generic updates on several occasions and still haven’t received my order. I tried contacting them via their online form but got a delivery error indicating the address couldn't be found. I was shocked to see so many others sharing the same experience. I thought the owner was genuine and wanted to support their cause, even though the product was overpriced. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience.

Nearly a Year Later, No Delivery

Ordered four 6-packs of beer on November 15, 2024. After inquiring about my order on May 18, 2025, I received an apology for the delay, stating there was a production issue. Now, on October 2, 2025, I still have no product. Ironically, their website claims to have 'NEW IMPROVED SHIPPING TIMES!' What a farce.

A Complete Disaster

A Complete Disaster. I’ve read other reviews and I’m experiencing the same poor service. I’ve emailed multiple times without receiving my order from November 8, 2024. It’s been almost a year since I paid for it. I requested a refund or fulfillment of my order, but I’d prefer a refund at this point as the product has lost its appeal. This is a scam, with atrocious customer service.
