I have used this service without issue before, but my recent experience was unacceptable. I called a month ago and was promised a callback that never came. When I followed up, I was told a callback was 'impossible' yet no one reached out. Yesterday, I was instructed to call back with my serial number before my appointment, but when I did, I encountered an extremely rude staff member who treated me disrespectfully. She even cancelled my appointment right then! This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I’ve reported it. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to steer clear.
