Not a good experience with Ultrasound Direct Bury St Edmunds. They took a booking from my wife, without making sure she new they had moved from previous office, which she went to only to find building all shut up. Then had to dash across town to new address in rush HR traffic making her late. Then scan done but they would'nt watch our young son while she was having scan, which only took about 15 minutes. Then she was told she'd get a link message to access her images. Nothing about them charging extra for pictures. When she gets home she finds she has to download an app & they're charging £1.99 per image on top of the £90 they already fleeced her for the scan. Talk about thieving Gypsies..! No mention was made of this before, so be warned folks..! 😞
