We went to the Telford clinic, it wasn't a great experience. The scan felt very rushed after a long delay with the appt before us, there was hardly any information given to us in the scan. We had been messed around with our appointment, we had booked to go to the Hereford clinic but this was cancelled the day before our original appt, we only knew this via email at 3:15pm the day before, they didnt even call us. We were booked in to go to the Telford clinic instead after I called the team, which was good but it all felt very rushed, our appointment was extremely delayed and felt rushed. We also thought we would have the option to see our baby in 4D as this was in the description of the gender can booking but this wasnt offered to us. Considering you pay for a private scan you would hope to have a positive experience, i wouldn't recommend Ultrasound Direct, i would go somewhere else for a better experience.
