A complete disaster!!!! I ordered at the beginning of December. Unfortunately, my package never arrived. Apparently, it got lost at UPS. I then asked Ultrastore to please take care of it, as I wanted either my money back or a replacement. The answer was short and to the point: No! They said their terms and conditions state that once the package is in Germany, it's the customer's responsibility to take care of it. I find that incredibly cheeky, especially since it's not even allowed by law. Anyway, I then tried to take care of it with UPS by initiating a trace request. This is now closed, but UPS only gives information to the person who initiated it. Ultrastore now has information about what happened to the package but won't tell me. Ultimately, I'm stuck in the middle. I paid almost 300 euros, received no goods, and received no information. This shop is an absolute joke. But now they want me to give them a positive review.
Accusing me of lying is outrageous. Yes, it arrived in Herne (I don't live there, it's just the UPS warehouse). It got lost in the warehouse. UPS says in the tracking information: "A damage report has been sent to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for further information."
