Your system and customer care team refuses to update my address. I’ve been to your webpage and updated. I’ve been to my bank and updated. Then I place orders and it comes back cancelled citing my previous address discrepancy. Your care team continues to make it my fault instead of fixing it in your system. I’ve sent multiple images of my information and what I see on my screen when I hit save with my address. I wish I would’ve spent my money on a product that I’m easily able to purchase needed items for instead of tech problems and lack of help. My advice to people reading this is go with a better company and product. Awful experience and nothing but a headache and waste of time. Thanks for nothing!
