I had ordered a singular pc part yet I had realised I can make do without it and hence I cancelled the order. The next morning they claimed they have dispatched my order and later the same day they told me I couldn't receive a full refund due to that. As shipping was a THIRD of the total price I told them to simply send me the package. I later got an email from Australia post stating that the wrong address details are provided on the box and they couldn't send me the parcel and have returned to sender. I paid a third of the price of the item I got for shipping and they couldn't even do it right. Ive been emailing their customer service throughout this process yet they reply only once a day maximum. This is the worst service I've gotten from an electronic store ever. Do not order.
