I placed an order for a watch on November 1, 2025, which was reportedly lost during shipping. Despite paying the shipping tax, my attempts to reach out via email have been largely ignored, with only a few responses, the last being over three weeks ago, offering a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement but have received no further communication since. The customer service has been appalling, leaving me feeling utterly let down. I will not be ordering from them again.
