I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to do so. I ordered a watch five weeks ago during a sale, and I was informed that a shipping label was created. However, tracking led me to a site indicating my parcel was expected but not moving. After several emails with no response, I reached out via social media, which finally got a reply. They initiated an internal investigation about my shipment, but the last update I received was on December 15, and I have heard nothing since despite my requests for more information. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and I’m losing confidence in their ability to resolve this. I need a refund if I can't get an update soon. Update: I was informed on January 4 that my item was lost in transit. I requested a refund on January 6, but despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no response.
