As a first-time buyer, I ordered a watch on December 18, 2025, and a necklace on December 20, 2025. While the necklace shipped, I was later informed that I owe import fees to the shipping provider, which I feel should have been disclosed before purchase, as these fees exceeded my order total. Now, my watch order hasn't updated at all since December 18. I was upset about the import fees and sent several emails to cancel, but ultimately decided to proceed with the order, sending more emails to ensure it was processed. I've received no replies despite my efforts. It's been a frustrating experience, and I'm unsure about the company's reliability. If the watch isn’t available, I need a refund to cover the unexpected import fees. As of January 11, I still have no update on my watch, and my necklace order has now also been lost in transit. The company is waiting for the shipping provider to decide before they consider sending replacements or refunds. I truly want these items but feel abandoned. I might have to request refunds for everything.
