It took two and a half months to receive my order, even though the site stated shipping would take 3 to 7 days. After many emails, I discovered my address was missing. They said they'd resend it, but I still didn't receive anything. After updating my review to share my experience, they quickly sent my package. I finally received it and was even given store credit as an apology. The products are beautiful, and the staff is friendly, but the hassle makes me hesitant to order again.
