I ordered a watch on November 1, 2025, which seems to have been lost by the shipping service, and I had already paid the shipping tax. I have sent numerous emails, but responses have been sparse, with the last one being over three weeks ago, where they offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement, but since then, I haven't heard anything from them. Their customer support is unacceptable, and I feel utterly let down. I will not be ordering from them again.
