I pay around £200 per month from their services, they can't provide me with some basic tax advice, or do any of the services which I am paying them for.
They're twice the price and twice the headache of any other accountants I have dealt with.
At times I really struggle to figure out what they do in exchange for their fees. However they make you sign up for a 6 month contract so it looks like I am stuck paying them not to do any work for the time being.
